Maseno University Retirement Benefits Scheme (MURBS) is committed to the provision of quality retirement benefits to members through maximization of returns and prudent management of risks. The Scheme is committed to enhance communication with principal members, their beneficiaries and interested parties for purposes of continually improving its quality management system that is in tandem with statutory and other regulatory requirements.

In order to realize this commitment, the Scheme Management shall monitor and review established quality objectives and the quality policy once every five years and ensure provision of resources for implementation of an effective Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
